Delivery Times and Delays
Once your order is prepared, we commit to shipping it as soon as possible via Canada Post or Purolator. The indicated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are beyond our control. They may vary due to high-demand periods, deliveries to remote areas, holidays, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or any other events beyond our control.
Shipping and delivery times are calculated in business days, which are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are determined by the carrier and vary depending on several factors, including the weight and dimensions of the order, as well as the delivery area. These fees cover the transportation of the package to the destination region, home delivery, and, if applicable, redirection to a pickup point in the event of absence at the time of delivery.
If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that our liability is limited to assisting with the carrier; ultimate responsibility for loss or damage rests with the carrier in accordance with its terms of service.
Returned Packages by Our Carriers
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer (for example, missing apartment number, incorrect postal code, or any other insufficient information), return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. The same applies if the order is returned because it was not picked up by the customer from the carrier or post office within the required timeframe.
In such cases, if the customer wishes to have the order reshipped, they will be responsible for the return shipping fees as well as any additional shipping costs.
If the customer requests a refund, only the value of the items will be refunded (including applicable taxes, if any), unless the non-delivery or return is due to an error on our part. Initial shipping fees and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer when the return is due to the customer’s error or omission (incorrect address, uncollected package, etc.).
